I called to contact the Marketing Rep for a New opportunity for the firm. Norma hung up on me so I called back thinking I needed to let her know I wasn’t someone scamming them. This time I explained a little more to Norma. She transferred me to Janice. Janice had a rude ton as well, who said I needed to talk to their PR group. When I asked for the contact information, she said I need to look it up online and then hung up. I sure hope they don’t treat all of their customers this way. ☹️
