I highly recommend Johnson and Biscone. James Biscone went above and beyond for me when I was in a car accident. Unfortunately, I was hit head on by two cars. The at fault driver admitted to being on her phone (which caused the accident in the first place). The at fault driver was uninsured and under age. My car was completely totaled and the firefighters had to use the jaws of life to get me out of my car. After the accident I was unable to work for close to two months. James made sure I saw a doctor and began physical therapy immediately. He worked very hard and was able to get everything taken care of. I’m so thankful for him and his team! Anytime I had a question or concern he took the time to communicate so I understood and felt at ease. He also sent flowers to my mother while she was sick in the hospital. He is just a genuine person. The entire staff at Johnson and Biscone is incredible. I truly appreciate everything they did for me during this time. I will definitely be calling them for any future legal matters!

Treats me like family instead of a client

First things first, you have to be your own advocate. You have to make the decisions. Attorneys are there for guidance, so choose wisely. That being said, I will absolutely use this family-run law firm again if I ever have a need. Emily took terrific care of me through a very long, drawn out ordeal. I secured their services for a worker’s comp claim. They were very knowledgeable about what to expect, and they did not give me sugar coated answers about anything. Result was better than expected settlement with no hearings. The phone staff and secretaries were all extremely friendly and professional. They were quick to fire off emails with details when needed. 👍👍 from me.
