Rude over the phone and rushed. I was calling for a consult and whoever i spoke with over the phone kept cutting me off and i felt rushed right away saying we can’t help you . To be honest I never thought I needed a lawyer. But when you get hurt on the job it seems to change management’s opinion of you.
