Bryce Johnson of Johnson and Biscone was recently retained to represent a client injured in a Oklahoma collision with a semi truck and trailer or big rig. The driver of the semi tractor and trailer rear ended the client’s vehicle at 65 mph while the client was stopped for a flag man stopping traffic in a construction zone. The semi driver disregarded at least 3 signs warning of the flagman ahead that was stopping traffic. The client sustained serious neck, back and head injuries.
