Bryce Johnson of Johnson and Biscone and 5 other local law firms recently resolved a class action involving failure of the corporate defendant to adhere to the terms and conditions of their contract. The case was a hard fought case taking over 8 years to complete and involving an appeal to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
