I filed a workmans comp case with Joe biscone Emily and Jeff an associates. after breaking my back for this company I worked at. Had back surgery an was told I was going have to have a second. After two years this attorney never contacted me. Finally it came down to a offer and I told Emily I needed a second evaluation before negotiating because I’m in so much pain I can’t hardly walk I have bow complications because of my back injury. And after that phone call two weeks later they withdrew from my case filed it in court behind my back or acknowledgements and told the comp labor commission there reasoning for withdrawing was they couldn’t get a hold of me. Keep in mind I just spoke with them an they was withdrawing as they spoke to me. Some back stabbing moves and left me hanging. No medical no money no pain an suffering. These people literally decided they wasn’t going fight for me after they realized I was still injured needing treatment. By far the most weirdest attorneys an shadiest I’ve ever met. Please do your self a favor an talk to another lawyer if your dealing with any kind of injuries or comp cases. They took two years to do anything but when they wanted to withdrawal like cowards it only took them one week. When I was searching for a lawyer I had no idea who to hire. But I can say first hand these lawyers will screw you leave you hanging when you need them most an make it very clear they are in charge of whatever they want not you. You basically have no rights if you hire these people. Than to make it worse an harder on me they refused to give me my own paperwork so I can have the burden to look for another lawyer to take my case. Which by the way no lawyer now wants after this lawyer done touched the case. I haven’t been able to keep a job down because my injury now I can’t even find legal representation. Whatever rights you think you have in workmans comp cases I promise you don’t. Comp is only for attorneys to have a js I have a 8 month pregnant wife now an i m So scared I have to keep praying that someone will help. I was afraid of something like this happening an it did. I hope this post helps someone in my shoes at least know which attorney not to go with. Sorry I can’t recommend a lawyer that will fight for you. Good luck an God bless to all.
